No. Cheapest supplier is not always the best sourcing decision. We compare price together with terms, workmanship, compliance, reliability, ethics, responsiveness, and production fit. A supplier can offer a low price but still require costly safeguards before the buyer should move forward. Even though we are not buyers, but we absolutely need to focus on TOC, instead on an attractive ExWorks quote.

Product sourcing websites are useful for discovering suppliers, but they rarely give enough information to make a safe buying decision.
