We start with your product brief, target price, quantity, quality requirements, and delivery planning. We make a sourcing offer which the client validates. Then we launch a RFQ campaingn, process and screen offers. Identify new leads if necessary. The goal is to find a shortlist of suitable Chinese suppliers, standardize their quotations so buying teams can easily compare them. Upon delivery of sourcing results we get paid what is owed.
